High Speed Read: The Train To The End of the World

Obsession and death on a railway in the Brazilian Amazon

It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these, so for those of you who aren’t acquainted with the concept of High Speed Reads: 240 seconds, a rate of 400 words per minute, and as much story as I can fit in to that timeframe and tempo before it falls apart.

The Train To The End of the World is a story about destruction, obsession and betrayal in the Brazilian Amazon, inspired by Fitzcarraldo and Bridge Over The River Kwai.

Thanks for reading.
