Have you read News from Nowhere? It is a utopian novel written in 1890 that takes place in 2005 London. Your vision of London feels like a modern version of his and I love it so insanely much. In an act of shocking neglect, I haven't read News from Nowhere but will now 100% check it out - I'm doing Margaret Atwood's Practical Utopias course and it feels like it might provide further inspiration for more world-building in future.
